CHARACTER RELATIONSHIP CHART
	AUSTRIA - Roderich Edelstein ❧ whorestria Spain's ex-husband and current fling, of sorts. He takes joy in irritating his old spouse, and after a few centuries of marriage certainly knows what buttons to press. But it's all in good humor, because at the end of the night he wouldn't mind the feel of familiar arms all that much. That Austria is currently officially "taken" doesn't mean much, since all they're doing is enjoying spending some time together, right?
	AUSTRIA (female) - Lieselotte Edelstein ❧ fraustria An almost familiar face from a strange land. Spain's flavor of the month and love at first sight for now, he's still on his best behavior and trying not to screw up getting to know her too badly. It helps that he essentially already knows all about her, but perhaps there's a little too much substitution in his feelings he still needs to work out.
	ENGLAND - Arthur Kirkland ❧ unionjackingit It's not that they hate each other, it would just be nice if they never had to deal with one another again. That, of course, is all England's fault for being a stuffy old man and a general pain in his ass. Still, it might be better to not take everything at face value, because sometimes actions speak louder than words and when they aren't throwing punches sometimes they seem almost... friendly? Say it ain't so.
	GREECE - Heracles Karpusi ❧ greece Theirs could be a love for the ages, if only they weren't so very content to be best friends instead. Greece is Spain's wingman and listening ear and lover all wrapped into one- all the romance without any of the messy relationship side of things, except for that little bit of jealousy when one or the other strays a little too long...
	BABY GREECE - Heracles Karpusi ❧ tourkokratia The ~~cutest~~ ~~second cutest~~ third cutest kid in the world. Spain's usually got a snack or two somewhere on him, usually for this kid in particular, and when Turkey isn't around to keep an eye on him Spain's more than glad to lend a hand.
	MONACO - Cécile Boccanegra ❧ notunaforyou One of the former charges he still somehow has a decent relationship with today. She puts up with a lot from him, but then she takes him for a drive in a Bugatti at 200 mph until he's knocked out so maybe it's all fair. He'll never really understand the affinity for pricey things, but hey, that just means he's got a party on a boat to catch.
	NORWAY ❧ iceandheather Hot and cold, they're almost from two different worlds. Norway's a curiosity, someone strange and unusual and a little majestic who he wants to show the comforts of warmth and sunshine. Friends, Spain would call them, even when he's sneaking kisses. Friends, because they've already agreed this is just for fun and nothing more.
	PORTUGAL - Diogo Fernandes da Costa ❧ portu Spain's brother and only remaining actual blood relation. Like most brothers, they've had serious periods of Not Getting Along, but these days their relationship has improved for the most part. They're still not as close as they could be, but they're getting there and there's no doubt they care for each other, even if sometimes Portugal doesn't like to admit it.
	RUSSIA - Ivan Braginski ❧ snow_n_sunflowers That strange air that seems to frighten others passes right over Spain's head. Maybe he should be more wary around the guy, but it's awfully hard to feel afraid when the guy's smiling back so nicely (that is a friendly smile, right?). They've gotten fairly close all too fast, Spain's open friendliness and Russia's desire for it working in a strange unity.
	SOUTH ITALY/ROMANO - Lovino Vargas ❧ tomatoes_dammit Quite possibly Spain's most unhealthy relationship, and that's saying something. A few wayward love confessions and one stinging rejection (on Spain's side) have turned things a little more serious than either are used to, but they're trying to make it work as "friends" regardless.
	SWEDEN - Berwald Oxenstierna ❧ fredlig They communicate on totally different wavelengths, but somehow it seems to work. Spain makes up for Sweden's lack of speech and Sweden can tolerate those ramblings like a pro. Currently living together as roommates since Spain accidentally got Sweden kicked out of his place at Ikea after a drunken game of hide and seek after closing hours.
	TURKEY (Ottoman period) - Sadık Adnan ❧ osmaniac A general stand-in for modern Turkey in his mind, since somehow Spain seems to come across this one more often. He wishes the guy would be a little less rough with his charge, but in the end he's often the one causing problems in their little family. Lucky there's enough sexual tension between the two to fill a boat and before long whatever he messed up this time is always forgiven.
